Jan (she/her) is a Chinese-Canadian multidisciplinary artist, currently based in Montréal (Tiohtià:ke). Believing in the arts as a form of transformative healing and a tool of cultural exchange, she enjoys practicing art as an expression of her identity. As an artist, inclusivity and safe spaces hold great significance for Jan. She understands that tattooing can be a deeply personal and vulnerable experience, thus it is important to curate a supportive space where there is a sense of trust, respect, and open communication with everyone.

        Jan has been tattooing since October 2020, specializing in black and grey tattoos on the subjects of pop culture, nature, and whimsical things. She is now a full-time tattoo artist at L'Atelier des Graveurs in Mont-Royal, Montreal.
