DEPOSIT

✿ A deposit of $60 or more is required to confirm your appointment.

No deposit = no appointment.

✿ The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final price of the tattoo.

✿ If you wish to reschedule without having to put down another deposit, please let me know at least 48 hours (2 days) before our appointment.

✿ The deposit cannot be transferred to another tattoo project. A new project will require a new deposit. So make sure you want the tattoo you are booking.

DESIGN

✿ Flash is not modifiable. Every flash is unique, and has a minimum size. However, I'm always happy to design a custom that's inspired by a flash.

✿ Custom designs are only shown on the day of the appointment. We can take all the time needed to make small modifications together. You are in no way obligated to get tattooed if you aren't feeling the design at all; And in that case, we will reschedule for another appointment.

RATE

✿ My current rate is $160 / hour for customs longer than 3 hours (6 inches and bigger)

✿ I charge by piece for all flash and small/medium-sized customs.

The minimum is $100.

✿ The final price of your tattoo will be decided based on its size, the level of detail, the placement, and the time it takes (breaks excluded).

Please let me know if you have a budget and I will do my best to accommodate.

✿Tips are always greatly appreciated :) but never mandatory.

POLICY

✿ 18+ ONLY. I don't tattoo minors, even with parental consent.

✿ I prioritize a safe client-artist space. Any discrimination/aggression will not be tolerated in our studio space.

✿ The appointment is automatically canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late. A new deposit will be required for a new appointment.

What is the fastest way to contact you?

You can always reach me via email for any questions: janinks.tattoo@gmail.com. I usually get back to everyone within 1-3 days for general questions and inquiries, and within 24 hours for last minute emergency. If you need a touchup, or would like to further discuss a larger project, also feel free to shoot me an email. I am no longer answering messages on social media platforms.
What's the difference between a flash and a custom?

Flash is a pre-drawn design, posted by me on my Instagram and my website. It cannot be modified. Custom is a tattoo design that I draw based on your ideas only. It is modifiable based on your preference.
What should I wear to my appointment?

Always wear something comfortable and suitable for the area you are getting tattooed. If you are getting a tattoo on your arm, wear a short sleeve or a tank top. If it's on your calf, wear shorts or loose pants. If it's on your torso/back, wear attachable tops or button up shirts. Don't be shy to email me for any specific questions :)
Where is the tattoo studio located?

I'm currently working at L'Atelier Des Graveurs in Mont-Royal, Montréal Canada. It is a private space, about 8 minute walk from the Mont-Royal metro station on the orange line, also accessible by buses. There are also paid street parkings near by.
What types of payment do you accept?

I prefer cash for the final payment in person. If you are unsure about how much to bring, feel free to email me for an estimated price. You are in no way obligated to tip an artist. If you had a good experience, feel free to tip any amount that you are financially comfortable with . A cup of coffee/bubble tea is also always appreciated.
What are some things you love to tattoo?

I love tattooing anime characters/panels, anything witchy, cute animals, botanicals and flowers. I also made the goal this year to tattoo at a wedding *wink*. So if you are looking for a tattoo artist to work at your wedding party, send me an email of your ideas!
