✿ All flash and small customs have a fixed price. The minimum is 100$.
Half-day appointments usually range between 100 to 450; Full-day appointments can range from 450 to 800.
✿ The final price of your tattoo will be decided based on its size, the level of detail, the placement, and the time it takes (stencil time and breaks excluded). Please let me know if you have a budget, and I will do my best to accommodate.
✿ Cash/ E-transfer/ Credit cards will be accepted as final payment. Credit card payments will have an extra processing fee of 3% of the final price.

✿ Flash is not modifiable. Every flash is unique and has a minimum size. However, I'm always happy to design a similar custom that's inspired by a flash.
✿ Custom designs are only shown on the day of the appointment. We can take as much time as needed to make small modifications together. You are in no way obligated to get tattooed if you aren't feeling the design at all. In that case, we will reschedule for another appointment.
-
✿ A deposit of 60$ or more is required to confirm your appointment after I accept your project through email. No deposit = no appointment.
✿ The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final price of the tattoo.
✿ If you wish to reschedule without having to put down another deposit, please let me know at least 48 hours before our appointment. Any reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time will require a new deposit.
✿ The deposit cannot be transferred to another tattoo project. A new project will require a new deposit.
-
✿ 18+ ONLY. I don't tattoo minors, even with parental consent.
✿I prioritize an inclusive, private, and safe client-artist space. Any discrimination or aggression towards others will not be tolerated in our studio.
✿ The appointment is automatically cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late. A new deposit will be required for a new appointment.
✿ A no-show (not coming to your appointment without notifying me) will affect your ability to book an appointment with us in the future.

Always wear something comfortable and suitable for the area you are getting tattooed.
If you are getting a tattoo on your arm, wear a short sleeve or a tank top.
If it's on your calf, wear shorts or loose pants.
If it's on your torso/back, wear attachable tops or button up shirts.
We have a bathroom if you need to get changed. Don't be shy to email me for any specific questions :)

I'm currently working at L'Atelier Des Graveurs in Mont-Royal, Montréal Canada. It is a private space, about 8 minute walk from the Mont-Royal metro station on the orange line, also accessible by buses.
There are also paid street parkings near by.

I prefer cash for the final payment in person. If you are unsure about how much to bring, feel free to email me for an estimated price.
I also accept debit cards and credit cards. All credit cards will have an extra of 3% processing fee of the final price.
It is never mandatory to tip an artist. If you had a good experience, feel free to tip any amount that you are financially comfortable with. A cup of coffee/bubble tea is also always appreciated.

Please let me know at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance if you wish to reschdule or cancel your appointment, I can then move you to a different time slot in the future.
If the cancellation falls under the 48 hour window, a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Deposits are not refundable.

Everyone will receive their design on the day of their appointment, which we can look at it together and make small changes in person if necessary.
In the occasion of large customs (7+ inch), I can send the design the day before our appointment upon request.
More than likely, if you have seen my work and like what I do, then major redesigns should not be necessary. I try my best to be very thorough during the inquiry process to avoid miscommunication.

Sleep: Rest well the night before your tattoo.
Eat: Make sure you have eaten something substantial and gentle on the stomach before arrival. We also provide snacks at the studio.
Hydrate: You should be drinking plenty of water in the days leading up to your tatttoo. It's also good to lotion up the area daily for a week before to ensure the skin's elasticity. If you are sunburnt, please reschedule because your skin cannot be tattooed when it's burnt. Avoid too much caffeine as it can make you more anxious and irritable.
Bring your essentials: Headphones, sensory toys, blanket, whatever that will smooth you and make you comfortable.
Bring supportive people if necessary: Please notify me if you are bringing a guest with you, and avoid bringing people who will distract you or influence your tattoo in a bad way. For hygiene reasons and my concentration, guests will be sitting in our comfy waiting area only.
Numbing cream: Avoid using pain-killers (unless perscribed by your doctor). Not all numbing cream are suitable for tattoos, so please reach out to me for specific numbing cream recommendations: janinks.tattoo@gmail.com
